USC Grad House has two nice quality homes dedicated to housing enrolled USC graduate students.  All rooms are furnished, spacious and private for one student only.

If you're serious about your future and want to be in a place that is comfortable, secure, and NOT a drug and party house, come room with us at USC GRAD HOUSE. We accept graduate students who are neat, clean and respectful of fellow graduate students.

Housemates

All housemates are USC graduate students, and Ph.D. candidates currently enrolled at the University of Southern California.  Management ocassionally admits qualified employed professionals.

Only 10 Blocks To Campus

USC Grad House is exactly 10 blocks from USC campus--a straight shot from Jefferson Blvd. campus to the grad house.  Only 10 minutes by bicycle or car. About a 15-minute walk.

Transportation

USC Campus Cruiser will pick you up to take you to and from campus.  Just download the app and walk about two-blocks from the grad house to be picked-up at Normandie Blvd.  Lyft and Uber will pick-up students at the grad house front door for about $2-3 each-way, to and from campus.  Many students choose to ride bicycles to campus to save on car parking fees.  Catch the MTA bus line direct to USC--it's only 2 blocks away.
