Here’s what some of our students have to say about USC Grad House:

USC Grad House is a fantastic place to stay. I was surprised by the size of the place when I moved in. Huge kitchen and living room, with plenty of storage space and great sofas! The bedrooms were a great size too (I had a walk-in wardrobe in mine). Management were also very helpful and friendly. From the day I move in they made sure I had everything I needed and they were fast at responding to any problems we had. I was even shown around the local area on my first day as I had never been to LA before. Management had FREE pizzas delivered to our grad house.  It was great!  At the end of the year I got the full deposit back, very happy!

"I really enjoyed living at USC Grad House for a year. The house is large and comfortable.  Management responds quickly to any issues or concerns. I like the large kitchen and living room.  I got 100% of my security deposit back too."

I'm so happy I stayed at USC Grad House for my year in LA. I had never been to the west coast before and so I was a little nervous about staying somewhere without really knowing the area but this place was great! The manager was very friendly and helpful during my move in process. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and the new TV added this year was a definite plus. House cleaners even came to make sure the common areas were kept tidy. I had four other roommates but it never felt cramped. Management sent FREE pizzas for all the grad house members to enjoy.  All in all I had some great times in this house with my roommates and I'm glad I stayed at USC Grad House.

"I was a tenant roommate at USC Grad House and when my lease ended, I got back 100% of my security deposit in a timely manner.

Thanks USC Grad House!"

Overall, I am glad I chose to live at USC Grad House for my first year of grad school. Having previously lived in Los Angeles, I know it's hard to find a place as affordable as it is in a similar area -- which is conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the USC campus. There were a couple of minor issues that arose during my stay, but they were all quickly addressed and/or resolved within days. It's a great place to live, particularly if you are new to LA and want a convenient, fully furnished place to live. Additionally, I received my full deposit back upon moving out. If given the choice to do it all over again, I would without a doubt choose to live at the USC Grad House!

“My experience at the Grad house was awesome. After a horrible experience with my last student housing, the Grad House was a huge upgrade. My roommates were nice and I made some good friends. Management at our location provided us with a free bike and LED lights. The location is perfect for students and the Food For Less grocery store is right around the corner. Nathan, our property manager has been very helpful with anything that we need. He also took the graduates of the Class of 2015 out to celebrate before we parted.”

I'm from Indonesia and it was my first time in the US and was worried about a lot of stuff. My worries were gone once I lived in USC Grad House. The neighboorhood was quiet especially when your focus is your study. I lived in both grad houses - the first grad house in the first year and the second grad house for the second year. Both grad houses are fully maintained by Nathan and his team, you don't need to worry about the amenities in the house, a lot of large rooms, fully furnished living room, kitchen, bedroom and utilities included in the rent. Nathan made the house like home for all his tenants. All other tenants were also nice, I believe Nathan did a good screening before he accepted them which is nice, and I made some good friends here. Plus, I got my security deposit back 100%!!

I'm really glad I stayed at USC Grad House for my first year in LA. I had never been to the west coast before and so I was a little nervous about the move. Nathan cares about his tenants and made us feel at home. This is a great spot for anyone coming to LA without furnishings, and looking for an affordable place to live near USC. With Tier I utilities included, the price is right.  I got my 100% of security deposit back in the mail.

Thanks!

I have been stayed in USC grad house for two years, and it is a nice place. You don’t need to worry about buying your own furnitures or paying your facilities. All rooms are provided with beds and desks. There are coaches, chairs and tables in the living room, and the kitchens are equipped with oven and refrigerators. You can make friends with Trojans from all over the world. I enjoyed my time there. I hope that you will too.

I lived in USC GradHouse for two years. USC GradHouse provides a quiet environment for studying. A big kitchen with two large refrigerators makes food won't be any problem for all four graduate students. Property manager always being very helpful.

“我住在USC GradHouse兩年,從一開始進USC研究所就住在這直到我碩士畢業。這裡的環境相當安靜,

對於念書或是休息來說都是非常適合的,兩個大冰箱提供足夠的空間給四位房客使用。管理員一直都是非常熱心助人且有效率的解決問題”

I enjoyed the time in USC Grad House so much. I like the big space in my room and the fine decoration of the whole house(nearly everything). Restrooms and kitchen are very clean and nearly all the facilities are provided. And I got my deposit 100% refunded.

Thanks USC Grad House!
